Poloniex is blocked by Heimdal. No response from support
I noticed that Poloniex is blocked by Heimdal Security. Heimdal wrote me this:

Hello Carsten,

Thank you for contacting us.
We have analyzed the website submitted by you and it seems to be compromised. Unfortunately, we cannot remove the block.

You can see more details here:
Please look at the File Referring section. There are compromised files that communicate with the domain.

Knowing the situation, you can access this domain if you remove the domain from the block list. To do so, open Heimdal and click on Activity Reports on the top right side and then go to Websites blocked on the left side and you should see the UNBLOCK button next to the domain. We do not recommend you do that.

Thank you

Kind Regards,
Adrian Manolache

I also contacted Poloniex twice but never got an answer!!! My first mail to Poloniex was about USDT and the risk that it could be scam. I asked/said they should switch to USD. I have received NO response.

My second mail to Poloniex was about the above block by Heimdal. I got NO response.

A couple of month ago I also contacted support and hear nothing.

I'm mixed now about how serious Poloniex is. I like the exchange because it works fine. On the other hand if you get trouble and support is not existing then what?

Any thoughts? Any similar experiences?
Cardano is the most promising 3 gen. crypto right now.

I have only ever used C-Cex and they do have support that is worth maybe 5 out of 10. However zero replies is worrying and obviously means that support is a very low priority for them. Even a very basic "we have received...your email is important to us..." sort of reply is better than nothing.
I got a standard mail about "Ticket received" but never an answer on the actual question.
