A universal wallet address: Unstoppable Domains
#1
Guys this is great. This is what I was waiting for.

Soon cryptocurrency users will no longer have to deal with complicated wallet addresses, because .crypto domains will replace these. Instead of sending a bitcoin to 34CpoxRwJzEzBg7D6DtXTbkUVvzPXyTbKQ, people will be able to send it to ‘yourname.crypto’. Software company Unstoppable Domains announced this on Friday.

I subscribed to get me a domain. just have to find a good name.
If you intend to do so (I would recommend it) use my link below:

Just created and purchased my domain

octomore.crypto

So if someone wants to deposit ethereum and ERC20 tokens, they just have to write "octomore.crypto" in the address field and the money should arrive in my wallet.

Ok, so when you buy your domain, is it for you forever, or do you have to pay a yearly or monthly fee? After you buy one, you link it to a wallet address?

What are the supporting wallets?

This is good, but it only works on wallets that integrate the software in the wallet and you need to also have a browser extension. So will keep a eye on this but i'm not sure this will be a hit.

When I search for a domain I can't add it to the basket for purchase.
Cardano is the most promising 3 gen. crypto right now.

Yes that is cause for alarm.

I think you wasted your money Hugues. It's not going to be a success. You have to install a Chrome extension to use your domain. Not many is going to do that. I'm quite sure this is going to be just another bleep and then it's gone. Anyway I hope I'm wrong and you are right.

For metamask wallet you also need browser extentions.
What's the problem?
