I signed up some month ago for cex.io "incidents". I often get a mail about something that is unstable. Yesterday I got 3 mails within a few hours.
It's a joke that they have daily incident about fiat transfer, credit card deposit problems, etc...

I like the openness from them. My Bank had an issue last week and nothing was said for 3 or 4 hours. It meant that one of the employees was paid twice! Fortunately the person doing the transactions had common sense and did not pay anyone else twice (or any of our bills twice). But to have been told would have been good and saved some hassle.
I am not sure how many is reasonable in a short time frame - maybe an update was not properly checked before being installed?

Yes the openness is good. It's just the amount of incidents that is disturbing. Anyway I'm done with Cex.io for now.
